Are you a Mortgage & Protection Adviser eager for your next career move? Money Factors, a well-regarded and fast-growing mortgage firm based in Essex, is expanding its network of expert advisers. With a robust national presence and a strong support system, we offer the ideal environment for advisers to thrive.

Whether you're experienced in mainstream residential lending or specialise in buy-to-let, bridging finance, or commercial mortgages, we provide access to a wide-ranging panel of lenders and insurance providers, ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.

To support our continued growth and maintain our high service standards, we are seeking self-employed Mortgage and Protection Advisers to join our team. Our self-employed roles are fully remote. 


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver comprehensive, tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients.

  • Cultivate and grow relationships with referral partners and introducers.

  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain diligent, accurate case records.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Fully Cemap-qualified (or equivalent).

  • Track record of success as an adviser—self-employed.

  • Confident in a sales-driven environment with strong closing abilities.

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.

  • Comfortable with technology and CRM systems.

  • Experienced Mortgage Brokers seeking independence, support, and growth.

  • Former advisors or those with excess client enquiries who prefer to act as Introducers and earn passive referral income.

  • Ambitious sales agents are looking to generate high commissions by connecting professionals to our mortgage services.

Whether you're an active adviser or ready to retire but still earn, we tailor opportunities to suit your goals.

Key Role Features:

  • Part-time, flexible hours – ideal for supplementary income

  • Uncapped commissions – OTE £60K–£80K+

  • Exclusive sales territory

  • Initial and ongoing training provided

  • Target estate agents, letting agents, accountants, developers

You’ll Need:

  • A reliable vehicle for local visits

  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence, charisma, and a proactive mindset

  • B2B sales or field sales experience is a plus
